Create an indicator with

#property indicator_separate_window

and you will get a new sub-window.

copy this file blank.tpl into templates folder.

Might be a little late (6 years lol)  but for anyone else looking for an template file here is one.
I made also 1 switch to set a fixed height of the indicator window. (works not perfect)
