OrderSend to a different Account

Is there a way to send an order there n EA from one account to a different account, using its Login, Pass and server?

For placing order you have to use a Metaquotes product (e.g. Terminal, Multiterminal), there is very probably no legal interface to connect to Metatrader 4 server directly.
