MT4 on VPS,notifications failed send request 0 - page 2

Here the same problem... Stop working after months.. i didn't any update or change to mt4 or windows...

i tried to install a fresh mt4 and change phone where i receive notification but didn't resolve

 
Same problem here for me on my vps but not at my home computer since two days please someone tell me if you found a fix thanks
