I think - it already support it - we are international people using MT4/MT5 on our language

Hi, I mean internationalization is like java, .net, just set different language text in the external file, and ea/indicator will show the cosponding language based on the local of user.

Since the GUI displays string which originates in comments rather then in the code, it is very unlikely they ever had any i18n in mind.
