Hi,

With a lot of the new builds coming out, the build notes describing the build changes etc often contain the line "Fixed errors reported in crash logs". What are these crash logs - are they the windows crash logs or separate logs generated by MetaTrader? And where can they be found?

Thanks in advance for your help with this.

When a Windows application crashes the user is given the opportunity to send data about the crash back to Microsoft,  when this data is sent Microsoft analyses it and any crash logs that refer to a 3rd party application such as MT5 are made available to the publisher of the application,  in this case MetaQuotes.
