EA stoped working after 6 months break

Hi,
I created EA for about 6 months before. Then for some time I had a break on programming it, but now I am back on track.
Problem is the EA not working anymore. As a result it should write into csv file some basic data.
And also there is no error messages at all.
Is that could be some historical data isues ?
I added expert to this post. Maybe somebody could test it ?

I updated terminal to 604 version. Tried to launch, but again without succes,
Mistekely hit debugger button and it happen to run and work again thanks :))
