Did MetaTrader update overnight and change its folder structure?
Its on build 600. I didnt see it update but saw it create a new subdirectory MQL4 in metatrader directory and its got different structure than older one and I had to move everything there now.

It should have moved everything for you as part of the update . . . click File > Open Data Folder then look in the MQL4 folder . . .
