MT4 gets a tick when price moves, if Bid price moves from the last tick of one minute to the first tick of the next minute then there will be a "gap" . . . but "gaps" happen all the time inside bars and you can't see them so you don't post about them . . . when they happen at minute boundaries they make you panic and you colour your text in red.

Thanks for answer, was hard to understand, so I google about tick's and found this:

Definition - What does Tick mean?

A tick is the smallest unit of time between two currency trades. Ticks are not a consistent unit of time. For high-volume currency pairs, there can be many ticks a second. For more exotic, low-volume pairs, a single tick may last for minutes or even hours.

now I understand why the Close time do not match Open time, because in one second there was a big up or down change in tick's.

I'm right ?

Look at your MT4 chart, each price movement, Bid or Ask, is a tick . . . look at the Volume figure for a bar, that is actually the tick count for the bar.
