I don;t know how to add these 3 items.

I can't get the help file;I just seek an install procedure on internet and install on my phone; maybe it is not ok

so where shall download the official version for phone?

I'll recommend contacting MetaQuotes directly. Either via the Service_Desk or via Email. There just isn't much information about mobile on this site.
