I have installed MT4 on my phone. For the first run, it requires me to do some connection settings:

Port:

Password:

I don;t know how to add these 3 items.

I'll recommend contacting MetaQuotes directly. Either via the Service_Desk or via Email. There just isn't much information about mobile on this site.
