How to download historical data ?

I have read the classical way to do so on the internet forum.

But when I download the M1 data, I have a gap of maybe one week of missing data, (one month back maybe).

Therefore my indicator don't work anymore, and my platform turn to be unusable.

So can you explain the good way to download data ? please

This is too complicated, if I misunterstand one line, it won"t work, and I will not know whère I was wrong.

Stay away from Forex if you can't handle that . . . .
