Having trouble opening new charts.

when i start mt4 and open a new chart it sais \\profiles\default\chart01.chr was not found. i have tried re installing mt4, making a new account, switching profiles. I have just recently moved to a new computer, everything was working fine on old computer.

You're more than likely having a UAC issues.

Do not install mt4 in the program_files folder.

Try turning off UAC, un-install and re-install.

If you're still having troubles with UAC then contact Microsoft.

Try to use "Save profile as..." and give Default as a name to overwrite your existing Default profile.

Thank you Ubzen...I turned off the UAC and all charting returned to normal
