EA can't compile automatically when platform starts & EA disappears on the chart when re-strating the platform

some weird things happened to me.
I have received two new EA and I put these two new EAs in my experts files.
I closed the MT4 platform and then I restarted the MT4 platform to make these two new files be compiled.
(1) Unfortunately by re-starting the platform these two files can't be compiled automatically.
I opened the source code and I clicked on the compile button. Then I see these two files are compiled successfully and also worked correctly after then.
Anyone has an idea why the EAs can't be compiled with re-strat platform?
(2) Before re-starting my platform, I placed another different EA on a chart (this EA has been working since two days). But after re-starting the platform this EA disappeared from the chart.
Does anyone have an idea why an EA can disappear in my case?
I am wondering if the problem comes from the two new EAs. But clearly these two EAs are simple and I can't see any obvious errors. And how a new EA can remove an existing EA opened in a chart?
I installed recently this MT4 platform and I don't know if my platform is well configured.
