Putting Relative Strength Indicators Onto Value Chart

Where are you getting the second picture?
Maybe its another indicator altogether?

couldn't drag & drop or copy & paste the RSI onto the chart.
The only way I can get the indicators on the chart is to double click
but when I do this the RSI will only go on the bottom of Value Charts.

Another thing I noticed is that when I click the navigator bar the chart goes blank and just the navigator bar is showing. The other people in our group can click the navigator bar and the chart stays on.
Do you know how I can fix these problems?
