I can not uninstall the MT4.

I am not good at English.

I would like to uninstall the MT4, but I can not.

My OS is Win7.

I logged on to the OS with administrator privileges.

When I try to uninstall, Message:"Referral was returned from the server", or, "Does not have access to uninstall the Meta Trader 4" is displayed.

Can I uninstall the MT4 How do I?

Please tell me how.

Thanks, I was able to uninstall the MT4.

I opened the folder of MT4.
And, I pressed the "OK" button after that was check the "Run with administrative rights" in the property of "uninstall" file.

Then, MT4 has been uninstalled.

hi i wish to share my experience on how to uninstall MT4 if you get 'You do not have sufficient access to uninstall" or "a referral was returned from the server" message

1.click the window logo

2. click "all programs"

3. click the folder of the Mt4 you wish to uninstal

4.  goto "uninstal" icon, right click 

5. click properties of the uninstal icon

6. goto "compatability"

7.  tick "run this program as administrator"

8. click "apply"

then you are all set

now click uninstal again and it should work

remember the properties setting you change is actually the "uninstal" icon, not the MT4 icon - i got this part wrong initially and it took me sometime to find out my mistake
