Are people free to share MetaQuotes' hcc files anywhere? Are they distributed under a GPL license or similar?

I am developing a FX plugin for a popular web platform. The idea is that people can display charts in their web apps thanks to MetaQuotes hcc calculated by MetaQuotes demo server. I would like to know if is everything ok to do that. Is this legal? Are MetaQuotes' hcc files distributed under some kind of GPL license or so? I mean, are people free to share that info anywhere? Thanks a lot in advance for your help.

Unfortunately, no.

Unfortunately, no.
Thanks for your quick answer. I take this opportunity to ask one last thing. Could plugins like that be developed with the consent of MetaQuotes, so it is clear that data comes from MetaQuotes?
