Need some help with combining 2 indicators please!

i got 2 indicators and i would like to combine them both together as one indicator,

please help me here, i tried to combine them without no error but the other indicator that i've added isn't showing at all..

can someone please help me here to insert the secound indicator into the first one that will be great!

One looks like it has a range of 0 to 100 the other has a range of -15 to 15 combining them would mean a range of -15 to 100 and you will not see the -15 to 15 one very well, it's a bad idea.
