1. Do you really expect that they are still waiting for a solution after six (6) years?
   Don't resurrect old threads without a very good reason.

2. You can not use any Trade Functions until you first select an order.

Somebody else resurrected the thread, but the comments were anal and I deleted them. Unfortunately the thread was moved to the top by the deleted comments.
