EA that closes when account hits a balance

Hi All

is there an ea out there that will close all orders (Live and Pending) when an account hits a balance of a certain $$ level ( say $20,000 )

As the balance amount would change each week/month, i would want to be able to edit the amount.

Any help would be great!
