The spread is the difference between the bid price (what you see), and the ask price (i.e. the profit the broker makes each time you open a BUY trade, or close a SELL trade)
The stop value is completely different, it's a limit to stop you placing an order's StopLoss and TakeProfit prices too close to the current price.
If the price is 0.50000 and the stop limit is 10 points then you can't choose a SL or TP within the values: 0.49990 - 0.50010
It might be a little more complex than that but it's what you need to know for now, I can't be bothered checking ;)
Does stop level of a pair equals its spread?
Or those are totally different things?
Or maybe they usually close in values?
