Please help! Interval times are twice what they should be on my charts...tech support have no idea why!

for some weird reason the intervals of the charts are double what they should be .

For example:

M30  returns times 00:00, 01:00, 02:00, 03:00 etc (1 hour intervals) 
H1    returns times 02:00, 04:00;06:00;08:00 etc (2 hour intervals)
H4    returns times 04:00, 12:00,20:00 etc (8 hour intervals)

its the same for all the other charts..

 Anyone have any ideas why this is happening?! tech support cant help me!!

No idea. Don't install in \program files* on Vista/Win7

Sorry for it, but I was really amused, I could not help myself. Regarding your question, you are lucky, we have the same charts as you have.

His chart was just fine, I suppose he removed the snapshot to avoid further discussion after he had learnt that.
