Do you mean to un-dock a chart window ?  you can't do it as standard with MT4 but third party applications might facilitate it,  search using Google.

You can't do this. It's not possible natively within MT4 and Metaquotes don't authorized you to modify its application.

You can't.  Just Google for a 3rd party tool to do what you want,  they are around $50.
