No.  Don't use Order comments,  they can be changed by your Broker.

MN is to be able to filter the EA's order's from all others. There is no need to change it.

EA's must be coded to recover from restarts. Either you recreate the state on startup/OrderSelect loop, or you must use persistent storage (disk file)
