I got a message from the moderator to ask me to resize the strategy tester to 640 X 480 before capturing an image of "Graph"

How do I resize the strategy tester? 

Same way you do with any window in Windows . . .  if you want to get it to exactly those sizes then you have to get creative . . .  create a 640 x 480 image in MS Paint with a grey background,  save it then open it in Preview so it is 100% size,  then you can use that as a size template to resize you ST window.
