Can anyone provide the file of mt4 live charting?

I means the source code of the currency live chart.

Mt4 is not public domain. Ask metaquotes, they probably will provide the source code for a few $million.
 
It can be done as an EA or script. Interesting idea if someone finance it. I can try to write something about it.
 
He asked for the terminal's source code. EA or script is non-sequitur.
