Im New. Can't seem to receive the data past the 31st Dec??

I have downloaded a demo of M4 for some reason it wont stream? I am logged in. Even tried downloading it again and again. It ads all the data up to 31st dec but not after. I down loaded M5 and that works perfect, but i need M4 because there are a couple of indicator I want and they only paste into m4. Thanks so much for your help :)
1. I think what you meant was MT4 and MT5. Here, when we say M4 or M5, we refer to 4 minutes or 5 minutes time frame.
2. See bottom right corner, do you have connection ?
3. Try to right click the chart and select Refresh.
