Hello,
is there a way to merge the backtests of several EAs, i.e. to find out
what would have happened if one had run several EAs on the same
account for some period of time?
Björn
- merge several eas into one

- Same EA across several pairs.

You can probably come up with an approximation of the outcome . . . other than that there is no way of combing several ST runs on several terminals . . . unless you want to code something to keep them synchronised.

There is an obvious way to do this: When I want to know what would have happened if I had used EA 1 and EA 2 during some period of time with a start equity of $10000, I can backtest EA 1 with a a start equity of $5000 and EA 2 with a start equity of $5000 and then simply merge the open and close statements of the two report files.
But: Is there a way to make MT4 read in such a merged list of open and close statements and calculate the usual values such as Maximal drawdown, consecutive wins, ... and draw a balance/equity graph for the merged list?
