I can not find any Windw Function do that?

WindowPriceMin and WindowPriceMax() is not I  want .

What do you actually want ?  what table ?  do you mean the current chart ?  width and height in what units ?  time & price ?  inches ? mm ?  pixels ?  you need to be specific about what you are looking for . . . .

You cannot.  Angles have no relevance when you are working with width and height measured in different units . . .  time & price

Forget angles . . .  think about a gradient or velocity instead.
