Help with my coding error

Im currently trying to fix an EA of mine that Hedges EURJPY with EURUSD using Correlation the correlation is below a certain level and opens a BUY and SELL trade of the two pairs using two different lot sizes it will close the trades once a 1% profit has been reached, usally with one trade in loss and the other profit, however for some reason its only opening one trade most of the time, that being the EURJPY trade. I contacted my broker who have advised to make the following change in this email;

We have investigated EA and found business logic error:

As you see bellow 'Print' statement has below 'if', but need inside, so this code

This code need to be changed everywere of this types of code.
