Hi everyone,

I can't find the file news.dat in my history folder anymore. I used to see it some months ago.

Does anyone know if Metaquotes has changed something and that we don't have access to the file anymore.

or do you search for a newsindicator showing the times when and what news is coming

Some broker doesn't provide news for demo trading even if we check the "enable news" option on tools menu > option > server tab > enable news.

Hi, thanks for your replies.

I am refering to the file where MetaTrader store the news showed in the news tab. I don't want to have to switch tab when i am trading and would like to have an external window with the news so I am looking for the data only.
