Programmer Question: Can I add more line styles to indicators in MT4?
everything is possible but you'll have to work a bit (or hard (depends on your programing skills)) to get it done

Currently with the indicators I use, moving averages, bollinger bands in particular, there really are only 4 line styles...dashed...dotted and then a variation of longer dashes and dots. I would like to find a way to enhance these. For instance, why do the dots have to be so tiny? Why can't there be bigger dots and maybe less of them? Or if I use a dash, why can't I have a slightly thicker dash?
Is this controlled within the indicator or MT4 or both? I'm not a programmer or coder, but I really would like to enhance the line styles within MT4. Is this possible to do for a non-coder like myself?
