   NormalizeDouble(1.49999991, 0) = 2.00000000

It is wrong by 1/100th of a Point.

i dare to correct you. it's wrong by 100%. and in this case not only of a point but of the most significant digit.

As I have previously said, NormallizeDouble is a kludge, don't use it, ever.
