HistoryCenter: unknown chart in history synchronization

Need help urgently. I have this problem and unable to solve it. I've tried restarting my computer and reinstalling the MT4, but none works. I can't see and load any chart, and unable to switch periodicity.

This is showing in my journal:

And the same thing for all other currencies. Look at the screenshot:

1st - First make sure your mt4 has internet connection and is authenticated

2nd - Close those chart windows and right click on "Symbols" and right click on the market watch window and click in "show all"

You should see a list of symbols.

From Navigator windows I think you using MetaTrader from tradeorbitz.

Try install from another broker like alpari UK and please report back tell us your operating system.
