If I call a custom indicator in an EA using iCustom, what price is used (O,H,L,C) to calculate the indicator value? Is is 'close' price by default?

It's Bid Prices by Default. Close=C in O-H-L-C.

There is no default. An indicator can look at anything it wants to. Look at the indicator's code and see what it is using.
