How to counting signal from Custom Indicator into EA

i use 2 custom indicator (Please find the attachment)

These 2 indicator have output arrow drawing.

Question: what is the code if i want to convert that signal into variable? like whenever the signal come the variable automatically add 1

where is your attempt to make this.....

I also have tried, especially Super Signal Alert v2, but it has 4 different signals, i used two of them but i don't reach succeed all of time.
