Unfortunately, I don't know how to use it.
If someone could explain a bit more where to code next and where to insert my code.

It's an indicator and you could download it and put it into your indicators directory which will be named something like this
C:\Program Files\MetaTrader\experts\indicators
Then you can open MT4, go to the custom indicators section of the Navigator and drag the required indicator onto a chart of your choosing.
If these instructions are not enough then go to the MT4 Help menu and check out the Help Topics such as User Interface.

I've dowloaded both mq4 and ex4 files into C:\Program Files\MetaTrader - Pepperstone\experts\indicators
I tried as well to use editor to create a new indicator and copy paste the code.
Nothing working because I can't select such indicator to put it in a chart.
I have close and reopen many times MT4.
Any ideas?

Yes, that just display or hide the Navigator Tab and nothing more appears into it... : (

Accounts
Indicators
Expert Advisors
Scripts
each with a + next to it ?

The indicator that I've installed is not there!
OK... there is two kind of indicators:
The standard one and the created one... in two differents folder!
