MT4 crashed.

I loaded an EA to char of VFX trader MT4,MT4 crashed.

the EA was coded on another MT4 with the lastest version 4 build 409.

the VFX MT4 is version 4,build 229.

 
You can't run a ex4 compiled on a newer version and run it on an older version. Programs are backwards compatible (compile on an older will run on a newer). Never forwards compatible.

not always, this EA makes the new version of MT4 to crash but not the old version
