I suspect you have never tried it with an ECN Broker. And you don't need the NormalizeDoubles . . .

I don't know ECN Broker. But Digit size for my broker is 5 digits, So it works for me. I attached a gif in strategy tester of my broker, I hope It is helpful.

Strategy Tester is the same for ALL Brokers . . . and it does NOT simulate an ECN Broker . . . as far as I can see your Broker is not an ECN Broker, your code will not work with an ECN Broker.
