i need an indicator,if any one build it,i pay money

1.ma settings: i need 2 mas,ma1= period 3,shift 0:ma2= period 5,shift 0: both simple,close.

2.i need moving average oscillator(osma).

when 2mas cross above/below and osma cross above/below 0 line i need popup alert(buy/sell).and at the same time i need arrows on chart candles,if candle moves,arrow also moves.(i dont need arrow,below ma cross and above cross.i need arrow on candles).

if osma is already above/below the 0 line.but 2 mas crosses, there i need same alert and arrows on top/bottom of candles.if candle moves the arrow also move.

3. i need dash board in all time frames(which we can edit what time frame we need) where 2 mas crosses. i need up/down arrows.without switching any time frame, i can see it in dashboard.if click M30 in dash board,it will show M30 time frame chart.remaining also same.

4.i need this alerts in all time frames(which we can edit what time frames we need alerts) and all pairs, to alert me which pair and what time frame we get alert.
