need advice on where to apply MQL4

Hi, I am completely new to MQL4. Can anybody please advise on how, where to test out MQL4 code?

I need canned market data and live market data to run my MQL4 code on.

The data link you provided looks like it is only for historical data.

I realized that I don't need the historical data right at this moment but a live data feed.

Would you happen to know where you can run MQL4 programs against live data?
