NEED A INDICATOR TO SOUND ALERT WHEN MACD ON A 15 MIN CHART SOUNDS WHEN PASSES ZERO AND WHEN IT HAPPENS TO CROSSOVER.

 

I cannot locate one in code base. Feel free to look yourself. Otherwise follow this tutorial and do it yourself.

Edit* Wait a Sec, The article has an Example so download and use that one or modify it to serve future needs :)

It wasn't a Shout the first time around. Or I would have bypassed his a... I should probably delete my earlier post but perhaps someone else might find it useful.

why because i had caps locked

 
If you press caps lock again, it turns that caps mode off. You can then rewrite sentence.
