Any way of getting ex4 file to appear in Navigator without restarting?

After copying an ex4 file to the experts folder, is there any way of "refreshing" or similar to get the file to appear under Navigator / Expert Advisors without having to restart the terminal?

Compile any other file and it should reload all the experts.

But this could reset any EA's on charts back to their default extern values if you have set them different to defaults..

You can save the current Profile to return to a setup after restarting MT
