convert indicator to EA

Can anyone assist to convert the indicator attached to EA. Thank you!

We usually do not do this as there are performance and coding advantages to keeping the indicator separate and calling the indi from an EA by using iCustom(...)

the arrow signal is inside the indicator, i just do not know how to create an ea to run the order. please help.
