Script trigger by ICON on Chart

Can anyone tell me the program statements that will call a script by selecting an character or ICON on the Chart and have the script run?

Steps I would like to know how to do.

1. How do you declare a character or item on a chart so it can be selected an EA activity?

2. What statements are required in the EA to make the script run?

 
Does not exist.
  1. You can have the EA monitor the position of a object and do something when moved. Search for visual trader or visual EA
  2. EA can't run a script, the code must be made part of the EA
  3. Buttons & Textfields on mt4 chart possible now
