Stop sending orders if stop loss is reached

Hi!

I have one Expert Advisor operating on many charts at the same time, and I want that, if any of the charts reaches Stop Loss, no other chart can

send new Orders (though I don't want to close the ones that are already in). Anyone knows how can I do that?
