Is it possible to send High Priority Mails with the MT4 smtp service?

AFAIK ... No.

It is possible to use Windows DLLs to do it, but this is what I consider an advanced technique.

Then again, someone may have created a MT4 library wrapper. Perhaps try a search for something like "(MT4 OR MQL4) SendMail dll wrapper"
