Time Frame Of 4 Hour Candlestick
I need a 4 Hour Candlestick to initiate at 5:00 PM Eastern Time which is equivalent to 10:00 PM GMT. Is there a way to set this up in Meta Trader 4? Thanks.

Nope. On a broker using GMT time, all candles start a 0000z. i assume the same for other brokers with different TZ.
You can search for offline charts (Range bars, Renko, and the period converter.)
Or you can just create your own bars in the EA for internal use.
