Doesn't matter. The standard terms and conditions for the supply of futures and equity data within a piece of trading software prevent re-use of the data in any other medium. Doesn't matter whether the website is for personal or public use. Same may or may not be true of forex data.

You may not like it, but the terms and conditions applying to financial data are usually broadly comparable to music, software etc: having use of the data in one form does not give you unrestricted rights to re-use the data in any way you want.

It depends on the terms and conditions of whoever is providing the data. The reality, of course, is that they are unlikely to pursue an individual or have the means to do so. Standard terms and conditions typically mention free re-use of the data provided that it is for "personal non-commercial use" and also that it is "not for publication". The latter is typically construed to mean any website, partly because (a) any website is potentially public unless password-protected, and (b) it otherwise creates a loophole where people claim that they had absolutely no idea that other people were visiting a website which was supposed to be for their personal use.
