Take Profit and Stop Loss HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Folk,

I need help on one question.

I need to know what can i specify the "take profit in Value and not in Rate"

Example:

I'd like to fix in my order the "Take Profit" and " Stop Loss" in Euro.

TP=30€

SL=75€

What can i do? (This function there is not in MEtatrader platform)

You need to compute the market prices for the currency pair which when combined with the lotsize will result in the value of the position being your target value when those prices are reached.

The first step is you deciding whether you want to exit the position at a specific price (and thus you scale the lotsize value according to your absolute euro TP & SL objectives) or if you want to trade fixed position sizes (and thus you scale the SL & TP market prices according to your absolute euro TP & SL objectives).

I'd like to found a automatic solution or a script.

If i have understund this operation i can do only in strategy action. There isn't a solution for modify the Windows trading solution on " open Position" platform?

 

simple math

Money to loose / stoploss in points = Lots

Money to loose / Lots = Stoploss in point

only for currency pair same as your account
