To solve the above problem
goto MT4 following folder and remove all the files
restart metatrader it will redownload all the files you need.
it seem the file may have been corrupted.
in the history/AlpariUk-Demo ( BTW I am using Apari UK other may have similar directory name.)
In the directory you will find a lot of the currency symbol files. just remove them or create a directory and drag all the file into it.
e.g Chfjpy1.hst etc
Restart meta trader you should be ok. yes make sure you are connected to the web for it to download the necessary files.
