Type size in terminal help section

The type size in the terminal help section
has suddenly gone to something enormous
- 24 points or more.
How to restore it to something readable?

The help file is standard MS CHM format. See here -> http://lmgtfy.com/?q=chm+font+size.

Thanks for the reply.

It enabled me to fix the problem - but indirectly.
The text in question is in the reference part - and I can't find
which file contains it.
But following the advice at
http://geekycoder.wordpress.com/2010/01/12/solutions-to-enlarge-the-text-size-of-chm-without-tears/
fixed it.
(For the record, Help Explorer didn't help.)
Thanks.
